Banana Milkshake

I promise you guys in the Podcast a recipe for 2 ingredient banana milkshake. The great thing I love about this recipe is not only is it super easy. It's actually healthy. And everyone that I make it for loves it.

On yesterday's Podcast we spoke about storing food and one of the things I said was you can freeze fruit. So yes this recipe involves frozen bananas.


1/2 cup cut up frozen bananas

1 cup of coconut milk or almond milk (unsweetened)



Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and Creamy. The sweetness of your shake depends on how sweet your bananas are. Pour in a tall glass and enjoy.
