There are apps for budgeting, and making lists so that we don't over spend. These are more for strategy so that you know what you're going to do when you get into the store. There are apps for rebates which are pretty cool because it's like getting paid to shop. Then of course there are your loyalty apps which are made by the stores, They give us coupons and promotions to help lower the cost of what we were already going to buy.

One of the things that you should always do is check the stores that you frequently go to. Different supermarkets, chain stores even restaurants have apps for ordering food groceries and various promotions. So make sure you look for those. You'd be surprised how much you can save.
